Refund Policy
The Saju Deep Reading is a digital product, generated and delivered to your email the moment you complete checkout. All sales are final. Refunds are limited to the narrow case of bona fide delivery failure described below.
When we will refund
We will issue a full refund only when both of the following are true:
- The reading was not delivered to the email you provided at checkout within 24 hours, and
- The reading could not be retrieved by re-opening your original order link, and our re-send attempt also failed.
In other words: if you paid and never received your reading due to a failure on our side, you get your money back. That is the entire scope of our refund policy.
When we will not refund
We do not refund based on:
- Disagreement with the content, tone, accuracy, or conclusions of your reading.
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or perceived "low value".
- Mistyped birth data (we cannot regenerate the same reading for different data — please double-check before checkout).
- Inability to access the email you provided (it is your responsibility to use a working email address).
This policy reflects the nature of the product: the reading is generated and delivered instantly, has zero marginal cost to reproduce, and cannot be returned. By completing checkout you explicitly acknowledge instant delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable, including the 14-day cooling-off period under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and analogous consumer protection rules). How to request a refund
If you fall within the delivery-failure case above, reply to your order email with the order ID (#SJ-…) or contact h.company.sean@gmail.com. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
